Dear Georgia & Cindy,
This letter is to let you know how much I appreciate all your time and energy spent in finding a house for my parents to live here in Tallahassee.
As you know, I had been trying for quite some time to get them to move here as they are both in their 80’s. I admit though, I was taken by surprise when my father finally gave the okay. I believe that within two weeks you and I had narrowed down the choices and took my father around to several houses that he liked. As soon as he walked into the house they are now living in, he announced that he loved it and most important, my mother would love it too.
Well, now they are all settled in and yes, they both love the house; and I love having them nearby. We all feel that you went “above and beyond” from the initial search for suitable houses, to the signing of the contract, and in follow up assistance with lender information, utilities, etc.
Once again, thank you for all your hard work in making this a very smooth and easy transition.
