Fezler & Russell Real Estate, Inc. became Prudential Fezler & Russell Real Estate, Inc. in August 2001 and is a locally owned and operated company with a long standing record for excellence in customer satisfaction and has continually ranked in the top ten sales production in the Tallahassee area. In 2004, per data compiled from the Multiple Listing Service, Prudential Fezler & Russell ranked forth in Tallahassee for total volume in sales of $97,977,045. We participated in over 375 transactions in 2004. These figures do not include sales of properties not listed in the Multiple Listing Service.
Prudential Fezler & Russell has been a leader in sales of homes in the upscale market since its formation in 1987. Prudential Fezler & Russell was the company of choice for many Northeast Tallahassee developers. We have marketed and sold initial sales of such subdivisions as SummerBrooke, Golden Eagle, The Ravines, Hermitage, Vieux Carre, Forsythe Commons, Oak Hill Farms, Orchard Walk, Magnolia Forest, Pointe North and Pointe East. Both of Fezler & Russell's owners have been involved in residential development. Kathy Fezler, along with Forrest Fezler, were the original developers of Golden Eagle. Dixie Russell was a Limited Partner and exclusive listing agent for SummerBrooke for five years.
